Our program covers the basics of holistic wellness, guiding you to reconnect with your inner truth and adopt a conscious perspective on life.

 

We'll support you in understanding and implementing simple lifestyle changes to restore and promote wellness, emphasizing holistic wellness management and self-transformation.

Personalised and Holistic Mentoring:

Whether you are a teenager, young adult, or 'full-fledged' adult, my aim is to empower you in your wellness. 

 

Our Wellness Mentoring is designed to help you understand and promote your natural state of harmony.

 

As your guide, I will create a safe space and support you on your individual journey to wellness with a range of holistic tools and practices that will fortify your authentic and vibrant self. 

 

The aim is for you to feel empowered so you can make more conscious choices that are in alignment with your daily wellness needs and personal growth

The Program:

Our Bee-Well Program is broken down into six 2-hour mentoring sessions, each looking at a different aspect of holistic wellness.

​

As your mentor, I will share with you my knowledge and personal experience, in order to support you as you become advocate for your own wellness.

 

We will explore different concepts and protocols that have as primary aim to facilitate a more harmonious and conscious way of life.

Conscious Living, Conscious Being

​

An exploration of the fundamentals behind a conscious lifestyle, including simple exercises you can apply right away to stay connected in the "now". 

Going Within: Reconnecting with Yourself

​

Going deeper into how we can use our conscious awareness to promote wellbeing, we now dive inwards for an exploration of the Self.

A look at how our feelings can inform and guide us throughout the day, and what you can do so you can easily and quickly choose your state of being.

Discovery of simple and efficient techniques to manage stress and anxiety that you can implement at any time.

A framework to turn your dreams into a reality. We will explore a framework that will help you establish personal goals and devise strategies for success.

The theme of this session will be decided by the group, and will be related to specific objectives or goals the group may have.
