Bee Holistic (Wellness Solutions) activities focus on therapy, mentoring and training. The primary languages for our services, any online and offline interactions are English, French and Portuguese. Our therapy, mentoring and training have as primary aims to restore and promote holistic wellness for the whole being. Holistic Wellness goes beyond the physical, it is an active and individual pursuit of our optimal state of health and wellbeing.

Our approach encompasses 5 dimensions of well-being: physical, mental, emotional, social or energetic, and spiritual. At Bee Holistic, we put together a range of holistic approaches to facilitate your individual pursuit of wellness. From brief therapies (NLP, Hypnosis, Sophrology) to energy practices (Reiki, Magnetism, Lithotherapy, Coulour), we are here to guide you on your journey!

As a holistic wellness therapist, we at Bee Holistic (Wellness Solutions) provide relaxation and wellness-promotion sessions, in which together we come up with a personalised plan to restore your well-being to optimal levels. As a mentor, we offer people the possibility to learn the technical aspects of wellness management so they can confidently use holistic techniques to understand and maintain their state of wellbeing independently.

Any user who joins or follows our pages on social networks does so at personal risk, and Bee Holistic (Wellness Solutions) will not be held responsible for your interactions with our social media pages, and/or your personal views and feeling in relation to any content. As a responsible user, you undertake the personal responsibility to exclude any form of discrimination. Abusive or offensive comments will be removed and reported, and your interaction with other members of the Bee Holistic (Wellness Solutions) community may be restricted or blocked if deemed necessary. Comments and messages posted through social media accounts will be answered from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00.
